In partnership with the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) Lebanon Office, UMAM Documentation & Research (UMAM D&R) implemented a focused initiative aimed at fostering informed public dialogue and participation in the lead-up to the 2026 parliamentary elections.

The program combined research, communication, and public outreach through accessible and engaging formats. Among its key outputs:

• Van No. 4, a publication transformed into a modern bilingual website, now serves as an open platform for research, reporting, monitoring, and the free expression of opinion.
• The Election Guide and a series of informative animated videos were developed as practical references for citizens, clarifying electoral procedures, rights, and common violations.
• Socio-political addendum reports were produced to deepen public understanding of Lebanon’s broader political and social context.

Through these efforts, the initiative enhanced civic literacy and provided lasting, publicly accessible tools that promote nationwide engagement and constructive discussion.
