حرب بلا جرائم؟
October 17, 2008 @ Maison de l'Avocat | Beirut

As part of the What Is to Be Done? Lebanon's War-Loaded Memory initiative, a debate was held under the title "A War Without Crimes?" in collaboration with the Institute for Human Rights. The event featured film excerpts from "Saddam Hussein, histoire d'un procès annoncé" by Jean-Pierre Krief and "The Judge and the General" by Juan Guzmán. In addition, a panel discussion took place with David Tolbert, former deputy prosecutor of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia, Paul Seils, head of the Situation Analysis Section of the Office of the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, and Majed Fayad, council member of the Beirut Bar Association.

This event was made possible thanks to funding from the Institut für Auslandsbeziehungen (ifa).
